Order processing time
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. We take care to ensure that every order is carefully packed and sent out as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time
After processing, your order will be on its way and should arrive within 15 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we strive to have your items with you within this timeframe.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or customized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union
14-day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 working days. Please remember that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
